As Executive Director of Marketing for LandCap Group, April Dasher provides a strong focus and attention to detail in marketing and administrative duties. This is well demonstrated in her 13 years of professional experience and dedication to business success.
As a native Floridian, April attended grade school and high school in St. Petersburg Florida. April is a cum laude graduate of the historic Florida A & M University, Tallahassee, FL, where she received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Healthcare Management. She continued her studies receiving her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Marketing.
April’s skills in data collection and analysis, strategic planning, project management, customer relations, workflow planning, office management, as well as her strong communications skills, and marketing background has positioned her well in this team. Her strengths are supportive of the foundation of LandCap Group quality, value and integrity.
April’s most prized accomplishment is being a loving, supportive wife to her husband Ronald and mother to their 4 beautiful children.

With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry – acquiring, renovating, developing, and property management, Ron has quickly become a renowned real estate expert and guide for many professionals in the industry, all of which he applies to lead the LandCap Group team.
Ron was born and raised in the beautiful city of St. Petersburg, Fl. Ron is a loving husband and dedicated father of 4. Three beautiful girls and one son, his namesake. He attended Pinellas Park High School and continued his education at St. Petersburg College. Ron has worked in corporate America for over 15 years, but he has always possessed an entrepreneurial spirit. Ron kicked off his career as a licensed real estate agent. Ron was a quick study, and from there, he quickly moved into property acquisition and renovations. The ventures yielded positive results, as the company now manages a multimillion-dollar rental property portfolio throughout the Tampa Bay Area. This drive has led to what is now known as LandCap Group, a parent company of LandCap Homes, LandCap Investments, LandCap Management, and LandCap Construction. Building high-quality homes with attention to detail is a cornerstone of the mission of LandCap Group.
The ability to service his community by providing quality homes to families is a dream realized. When Ron is not helping clients or thinking of ways to give back to his community, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, reading, and traveling.

Originally, from another destination of beautiful beaches and picture-perfect weather, David was born in British Virgin Island. David relocated to Clearwater, Fl. back in 2003, witnessing the city’s transformation over the years, a crucial reason he understands the local market’s complexities and knows how to navigate it successfully.
David has been praised for his servant leadership approach to business, displaying critical thinking skills to achieve desired results. David’s in-depth knowledge of the local housing market has enabled him to build a multimillion-dollar real estate portfolio that Landcap Management successfully manages today.
When away from the office or not onsite, David is a devoted husband and a proud father of two extraordinary young men. He is admired for his honesty, integrity, and respectfulness, prioritizing customer experience above all.
David has dedicated his time, experience, and resources to restoring the integrity of inner-city communities, maintaining a sense of pride and ownership for residents of the community.
